Jon Becker works in partnership with Aspire HR Solutions and has been running successful recruitment campaigns for clients since 2011. Prior to that, his company (Acsol) was contracted to work with the DWP where they provided advice and guidance to unemployed professionals.
Recent recruitment campaigns have included a wide variety of clients and covering numerous roles such as HR Manager, Quantity Surveyor, Legal Secretary, Space Planner, Manufacturing Manager, Senior Financial Planners and many administrative roles.

Whilst the majority of positions they fill are in the North West, they have also worked with clients in Glasgow, Birmingham, Leeds and the Greater London area.

They do not “fire” CVs at clients in the hope that the right candidate is there somewhere. Jon always meets with the manager/owner when the project is set up to find out exactly what the requirement is, and to gain insight into the context and culture of the business.
